1. What is the return policy?

 

You may return or exchange the crocheted items within a period of 7 days. The vintage & pre-loved clothing collection may be returned within 14 days. In both cases you will get refunded for the returning item. The return shipping costs are not covered.

2. What are the vintage clothing condition standards?

​

Perfect: Items show no signs of being worn and tags are attached.

Excellent: Items are clearly unused but tags are not attached.
 
Very Good: Items may show light signs of wear or laundering such as minor stains, snags or fading.
 
Good: Items may show more prominent signs of wear or laundering such as moderate stains, snags, fading or discoloration.

Loved: Items may show more serious signs of wear or laundering such as stains, snags, fading or discoloration.

3. Where is Studio Ysée based?

​

Studio Ysée was born under the mediterranean sun of Valencia, Spain and moved in in December 2023 to Zürich, Switzerland. At the moment I am based in a small town close to Zürich called Stäfa.

4. Are the crocheted items locally crafted? 

 

Yes! I, Ysée, make each crocheted item by hand of high quality yarn.
