Shipping Policy
All products are made by hand. That is why the production time can take up to 14 days after placing your order. Next, the shipping time within Switzerland is between 3-5 business days and for the rest of Europe applies a shipping time of 7-14 business days.
Do you live around Zürich? In that case you can pick up your order for free in Stäfa or make a meeting appointment in the city.
Return & Exchange Policy
When you order a crocheted item this piece is especially made for you. So, of course I hope you are happy with it and you can feel the love that has been put into it! However, is it not really what you expected? In that case please send an e-mail to studioysee@gmail.com to organise an exchange or return. After receiving your order you have 7 days to exchange or return your item without having used it.
For the vintage & pre-loved clothing collection you may return the item within a period of 14 days. You will receive a refund for the product that you are returning. The return shipping costs are not covered. Please contact me at studioysee@gmail.com to receive the return address or if you have any questions regarding the return policy.
